If I didn’t appropriate cultures, what would I eat? There’s no “ginger cuisine.”
Some of my trailer park neighbors are the definition of “trailer park.” And proud of it.
In the year 2000 I spent all my free time alone watching BET. But at the time, I didn’t tell anyone, so I don’t think that counts.
That’s less appropriation and more about liking BET. Which I did back in the late 90s.
